Job Responsibilities:

Code development and integration of retail enterprise applications as per client and/or project requirements. Determine end-user requirements, create use cases and develop effective technical solutions. Develop new functionalities in SOAP based XServices application. Extend Java classes and override Java methods to modify existing functionalities in Oracle XStore point of sale application. Implement Java code fixes for high impact issues in production environment. Perform peer review of the code developed by team members. Automate solutions to frequently occurring issues in production environment by writing Microsoft Powershell Scripts. Write SQL Scripts to create new, descriptive sales reports and optimize existing reports in Oracle Xstore POS application. Use SOAP Webservice to integrate Register based POS application with in-store Mobile-POS application. Use Product Lifecycle Management tools like Service now to create and manage defects in production environment. Integrate POS application with CRM applications using SOAP and RESTFul Webservices. Will use the following tools and technologies as per client and/or project requirements: Java, Oracle Xstore POS, and SQL Scripts.

Educational Qualification:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration Information Systems/ Information Technology/CIS/CS/Eng/Sci/Related and 6 months of related work experience. Must have at least 6 months experience using Java, Oracle Xstore POS, and SQL Scripts.
